Shane Loughran Architect practices in all types of residential work, and due to our size, we maintain a personal involvement in all of our projects.
Clients can appoint us simply to obtain statutory approvals, such as planning permission and building control, or we can manage further aspects of the project such as tender, contractor advice, site inspection and contract certificates. We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) software named Archicad, which helps with communication and the economics of the project.
We aim to maintain a friendly and efficient service to our clients by designing energy efficient buildings that are value for money.
